I think it's really crap that the identity of Banksy has - allegedly - been revealed. Why? What's the point? Is the world a better place for knowing his name? Just to shift a few more papers, or some online clicks, perhaps a few subscriptions? Why can't we just leave things be, leave some things a mystery.
First VAR took football from us, then AI took human creativity and curiosity; now even Banksy has to be unmasked. There's no such thing as mystery left.
What a shit world we live in.
